Tongue-shaped Mount with Jelling-style Motif

Illustration of the bronze tongue-shaped mount found in a burial mound in Gryta, Norway. The mount features an exceptional rendition of a single S-shaped Jelling-style animal twirling around itself to bite its ribbon-shaped body.

Check out the video tutorial to see how I combined the style of this mount with the composition of a disc-shaped brooch to create a new unique design.
